Karl commenced his real estate career in the family business in 2004 after completing a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Macquarie University. Karl is a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and property valuer.
Born and raised in the local area, Karl has developed a large client base and attributes much of his success to repeat and referral-based business. Having developed strong negotiating skills as a vendor you'll have confidence, knowing that your biggest investment is in good hands. Married to Professionals Nowra General Manager Amanda Poulton, they have three children - Jorja, Charly and Oscar.
Karl is consistently ranked inside the top 10% of sales agents in NSW for both sales and listings.
The Poulton family have member and community affiliations with Shoalhaven Heads SLSC, CrossFit Shoalhaven, Illaroo Soccer Club, Lyrebirds Netball Club, Shoalhaven Summer Soccer, and Shoalhaven Rep Soccer.
