I've always believed real estate isn't about houses—it's about people.

Every property has a story. Sometimes it's a young family buying their first home. Sometimes it's a couple downsizing after 40 years. Sometimes it's an investor building wealth for the future, or a business owner taking the next step. Whatever the reason, I never lose sight of the fact that behind every sale is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions someone will make. For more than 22 years, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of people throughout the Shoalhaven navigate those moments. It's a responsibility I never take for granted.

As Director of Professionals Nowra, I'm proud to lead a business that has been serving our local community for more than 50 years. While the technology, marketing and property market have changed dramatically over that time, one thing hasn't—people still want someone they can trust. My approach has always been simple. Be honest. Work harder than anyone else. Communicate clearly. Negotiate fiercely. Put my clients' interests first, every single time. I don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics or empty promises. I believe in preparation, strategy and doing the little things exceptionally well. That's what consistently delivers outstanding results. Outside the office you'll usually find me giving back to the community, volunteering with Surf Life Saving, supporting local fundraising initiatives or challenging myself with my latest goal—stepping into the boxing ring to raise money for Beyond Blue. Those experiences have taught me resilience, discipline and the importance of showing up when people need you most—qualities I bring to every client relationship. I'm also passionate about education. Through our videos, market updates and property advice, my goal is to help buyers, sellers, landlords and investors make informed decisions with confidence. The best decisions come from understanding the market, not guessing.

I'm incredibly proud of what we've built at Professionals Nowra, but I'm even more excited about what's ahead.
