In showing us the property Barbara was very helpful and thorough with the information relating to the residence. I am writing to you to provide some feedback on one of your team members. Earlier this year my partner and I purchased a house in Worrigee with Barb Ferguson acting as the Sale Agent.
From day 1 Barb did a fantastic job. She took the time to understand our needs and, unlike other agents we’d dealt with, didn’t waste our time showing us houses that would not meet them. We actually bought the house she showed as first (she only ever had to show us 2).
She was always friendly and genuine in her dealings with us. As a result of some poor conveyancing our purchase became complicated and at times very stressful. Barb went well and truly above and beyond to keep it on the rails. I have no doubt the sale would have fallen through without Barb’s extensive intervention. Given we had already signed the sale contract that would have been disastrous for us. My partner was posted during the sale and exchange process. Barb made the effort to understand what impact this had on me and was always careful to schedule around my needs. I really appreciated that.
I wholeheartedly recommend Barb to anybody I know who is considering selling. She is an asset to Clyde Poulton Real Estate.

RE: Selling the House
The Davis family put the family home on the Market before Christmas 2011, we know Barb worked very hard to sell the house. We had a few offers but none came close to the figure we were after. So we took it off the market. Months later we received a call from Barb saying she had an offer from one of the previous people wanting to buy the house.
We negotiated with the people and finally sold the property, a sad time but one must move on. So all Barb’s hard work paid off in the end.

Barb has dealt with us from the beginning of our house sale. We have been impressed with her ability to deal with difficult situations, cheerful demeanour and thorough professionalism. Always has a smile, and is genuinely concerned when things dont quite go right.
